I have a big lateral head, but a nonexistent long head. Just wondering if anyone can recommend a way of building muscle on the long head part of the tricep.
Over-head tricep movements is the canned answer. But if you're like me, not much is going to work. You could try hitting them more but for me, that's the quick road to tendonitis.
I'm not to the point of worrying about the lateral head yet; just like I have never looked at my quads and said, "damn...if only that rectus femoris was bigger"
