Hi. I been working out for about 10yrs now. I'm TRT patient. I take 300 of enthanate once a week. I'm on here to get advice on taking my workout to the next level. And something else I can try to get there also.
Welcome, I to have been on TRT for about 10 years. I would recommend that you split your dose and do twice a week to keep your levels more level. Also, do you get your estrogen checked regularly?
I'm 260, 40yrs old. Like I said been lifting for 10yrs. Max on bench has been 455. Just got that about 1 month ago. I'm trying to drop to 235 but have a bad habit of eating to much. Work 3rd shift so my sleep and eating habits are off.also I'm 6'4.
My endocrinologist wants me to take 200 every 2 weeks but I feel tired with that amount and a low libido. I went to see a doc that works with gym rats and he told me I should be on 11/2cc which 300 once a week and I feel better now.
Yes,member r., I see the doc every 6months. My estrogen has been high and I have been given meds for that. Thanks for the advice, I will try splitting my dose.

Welcome to the UG. I'm not sure what it is about the 40's, age wise that seems to be the period when a lot of guy's break their 1RM's, including myself.
