Thought I would add a journal here to get some more feedback. Already have one running on TID.

Current stats:

Height - 5'11''

Weight - 200lbs

Goals - Bench only and to add muscle

Current max - Not sure, Mid 250s?

Current program - Wendler 3/5/1 (Just started 1st week)
