Howdy! 31, Female. Just a recovering fatass trying to get back the strong body from my gymnastics days. I have family who compete in bodybuilding but find it very hard to keep up with them as I struggle with major depression and PTSD; I don't do anything consistently. The doctor also says I have low thyroid and low blood pressure but its not "clinically significant" and wont treat it though it makes me feel heavy and lethargic most the time. Just finished a weightlifting course in college and getting back into the swing of things. We had to meticulously track our sets, reps and weight for each exercise and it was encouraging to see the strength gains. I'd like to learn a lot from you guys about being consistent and coping with falling off the diet and exercise wagon every now and then. Currently on a DNP cycle.
