What routines does everyone use while they are on cycle to get the most gains and the best use while they are on gear? A PPL split, a 5x5 routine, or something else? I'm on cycle right now and making pretty great gains, but my gym partner is about to go on cycle and he is a little older so he is wanting to get the absolute most he can. Thanks in advance guys.

it depends 100% what the training history is. If the routine is too aggressive for experience he runs the risk of ligament strain, etc. Gotts train to suppose the weight.

Other than the expected increase in weight that will be used, I don’t plan on changing my workout at all. If anything I’ll make sure I’m not going so heavy I risk a tear.

If what you are doing is working then just dial up the volume and calories a bit. You will absolutely recover quicker especially if you are sleeping good.

My plan is to go balls out DC style. I’ll send pics from the ER.

No difference in anything when on. If it worked before, it will just work a little better. Dance with the girl you came with.

increase intensity, increase protein, focus on progression. Anyone who truly understands AAS should know these important factors when training while on AAS
