Been trying low-carb and attempting to lean out more - so far today:
Breakfast: 1.5 cup of Fage and a bit of honey, 4oz of beef roast
Snack: Whey protein and some peanuts
Lunch: 6oz of steak sauteed in butter and garlic
Dinner: plan on more steak and maybe some pork rinds. Or I made chili.
