push ups, pull ups, crunches... all exercises that you get better at the more you do them. So do them everyday, and run your ass off.
But, like stated above, 25lbs in 7/6 weeks... no. Not a realstic goal.
LOL...even I can't do this sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo..it can't be possible (well... healthy wise!)
I have zero suggestions on losing 25lbs in 7 weeks. Other then. Its unrealistic. And i am not trying to put you down.
I dropped 20 pounds in 6.5 weeks between feb 1st and March 15th of this year.
I was lifting and not using EC. Strict diet etc. and that was probably the most efficient period.
Maybe naked and afraid style dieting could have done more but that was about as far fast as I could push it.
And how was weight loss after that?
And men typically lose more and quicker, than women.
That's just bc women are more lazy and prone to period binging.

I am a victim of period binges. I get a horrible sweet tooth generally around ovulation and, another bad one like right before my period comes. I am thankful that my perioda have come to non existent. They can go and eff themselves.
