    I lost 60 lbs in 3 months when i was 23. Training mma and bjj 20+ hours a week. And still competed and had energy to spar and roll. You wont be a powerlifter, but aslong as you continue your bodyweight training you wont lose it. I did all this on a low carb diet. Went to bed hungry 7 days a week. Dropped from 230 to 167 at my lowest.
