    Dining with Dusty episodes are also must see TV.

    Mutant in a Mission episodes as well. I started with dusty but now Ron Parlow’s workouts are the motivating ones. He has some sick leg workout episodes.

    Oh!!! Checkout the ones he does at Dino’s gym in England. That guy is a trip... good stuff.

    Been preaching to my guys at work going thru various stages of their lifting with injury rehab, come back from injury, looking to lessen stress on joints- TUT is a great variation.



    after 9 months off lifting, rehabbing for 2 months prior to release to start lifting, it was all about light weight and TUT/negatives...i rolled my eyes but did as instructed like i was on a mission- blew me away just how quickly it all came back. Very sold now on this format as another way to change it up without fear of screwing up. Actually doing exactly this now after being out of the gym since feb due to new job thats very physical, finall aclimated and with kids sports done until April, getting back in the saddle, so next 4 weeks is just this kinda program
