If you have high blood pressure, I wouldn't start taking potassium supplements and I would see a doctor right away for proper treatment.

This is very true, too high or low of potassium can lead to abnormal heart rhythms, a lot of times fatal abnormal rhythms.

Check family history too. If you have a history of HBP you will more than likely need to take daily medication. I would never supp. potassium.

yeah its hit or miss for some, i took it for about 1 month and it lowered mine to much
