    Glutes are great sites. I too started pinning them later on. Now there one of my favs painless and can fit allot of oil

    Pecs are a great spot for me. I can reach them easily and never any PIP. Just lean one of your arms down to "ball up" the muscle like a chick squeezing her tits together (maybe we can get Jenn or German to post a descriptive pic) and pin wherever. If youre lower bf, you can even do them with a slin pin.

    Are you saying you pin into a flexed muscle?

    No. Just lower the one arm to kinda "scrunch up" the muscle.

    Not sure if mentioned but to me a steady hand makes all the difference...when the needle moves around in the muscle it is definitely cutting you with the point..the steadier the pin the less pip imo
