I'm doing the Jason Blaha's Ice Cream Fitness 5x5 program in the morning every monday, wednesday and friday. I like to do intermittent fasting with a 6 to 8 hours windows. so my first meal will be at 12 and my last at 6 or 8 pm. Generaly having 2 or 3 meals because I like to eat big meals. I used to eat more meals but I would kinda hate it and I've read many times that meal timing isn't really relevent.

I'm eating 1800 calories right now and my macros are 158 g of proteins, 70 fats and 135 carbs.


I highlighted your problem with making progress. Erase this name and anything that you ever heard come out of his mouth and you will instantly be in a better place with your training.
