Figured I might as well add some xrays. These things are about 2 months old at this point but the hardware hasn't moved much(other than the 3 pins they were yanked about about a month and a half ago). Also not sure why the hand says right... xray specialist must not of been paying attention

Supposedly I wasn't supposed to have more than 15/30 according to the ortho so anything past here would be a bargain. Because of the wrist things like the bench is a little difficult because in order to keep the bar from slipping out i kinda gotta cheat with the elbow, so I cant fully lock arms during the rep. That isnt entirely bad because it makes it much more difficult on the tricep which suffered a lot of atrophy so its helping revive that muscle back. Other than the wrist everything is good to go
I'm assuming getting under a bar to squat is impossible then. Work around these limitations and you can build a good physique. Seems like you have the heart.

You sound motivated and willing to push past the injuries.

I blew out my patella three years ago in a car accident and have been recovering since. Been back at the gym hard for the last year and made solid gains... compression sleeves are your friend. No matter the body part in my opinion... I experienced much less discomfort and was able to recover more steadily while using a compression sleeve on my knee in the gym.

    Welcome!
If only bodybuilding was like building computers... Replace the old parts with the newest greatest thing every few years.

Yeah, squatting is usually difficult because of the knee joint, but i was super fortunate to have had a competent surgeon. Having a good surgeon can do wonders
