I'm assuming getting under a bar to squat is impossible then. Work around these limitations and you can build a good physique. Seems like you have the heart.

Yeah, squatting is usually difficult because of the knee joint, but i was super fortunate to have had a competent surgeon. Having a good surgeon can do wonders :D

You sound motivated and willing to push past the injuries.

I blew out my patella three years ago in a car accident and have been recovering since. Been back at the gym hard for the last year and made solid gains... compression sleeves are your friend. No matter the body part in my opinion... I experienced much less discomfort and was able to recover more steadily while using a compression sleeve on my knee in the gym.

Really glad to hear that your recovery is going well, and trust me, I make sure i dont go anywhere without my sleeve :eek:
