Well, Admin sent me some nudes and gave me a key to special places, so I am back.

I'm glad to see the OG crew is still here, my old pals are PFM, Jada, PB, and Bundy.

How is everyone doing? I'm currently doing my same ole GH and T4.

I've lost 25lbs the past couple months, mainly on a good diet and exercise.

I def feel better back on GH, sleep is amazing, I have all day energy and my muscles feel much more full all day and in the gym amazing pumps.
