Been dealing with a minor pectoral tear so chest was out for 5 months but cleared to do chest now so did my first chest workout In 5 months today, I was weaker
but not as bad as I thought i guess because I’ve been hitting my delts and triceps hard
my workout was
8,8,6,6 bench 215,225,235,245
10,10,8,8 dB incline 60,70,80,90
12,12,10,10 chest fly machine
90 second rest
did not train to failure and had a few more reps left on each set but did not want to push it but it felt good to at least get a chest pump in. Can’t wait to get back at full speed and add about 20-25 pounds to those sets
