Im 48 5 7” 186lbs 16%bf
stats out of the way Merchant seaman by trade to dumb for much else to be honest and 9-5 would have me jumping of a bridge.
dabbled with training over the years but a picture of my saggy fat ass Christmas 2016 was a wake up call 218lbs. So bought a concept 2 rower Christmas 2017 1.6 million meters later 177lbs 15%bf felt good lots of energy but small. So 2018 I thought weight training so of to the gym next day WTF pain I didn’t know my body could hurt so bad everywhere but at the same time I thought Fxxx yeah this is good.
so researching training rinse and repeat and here I am found this forum read some threads well lots of threads. I have seen you guy/girls don’t suffer idiots so will show respect and try no to come across to dumb.
2019 goals made my noob gains so hope a little left there, at my age need to train smart I just want to grow that’s it.
