Big dude and solid numbers. What does tearing a pec feel like?

Stories like that are what keep me from chasing a really big bench.

Partial tear but still pretty painful. Just felt a pop. By the time I got my bench shirt off my arm from mid bicep to outer pec was already starting to turn purple. By next morning whole area was black and blue. Since it was a partial tear I saw an ortho surgeon and elected not to have surgery. Took months to heal and has never been the same since!
