The facts are for greatest benefit of your first cycle you really to need to have a solid understanding of diet / nutrition first as well as as serious understanding of your workout regimen that you've put substantial effort into non-enhanced bodybuilding (before you cycle) .... I mention this only because the great majority of people do not do either of these and get little to no results in their first cycle.
