Need cycle help please. Test with or without hgh/hcg

Hello.
I'm 37 years old male. 190 lbs. 15%-ish bf.
I did two 16 week test with sust cycles within the past 3 years. Its been over 4 months since my last cycle.
I am looking to bump up my next cycle and plan out my next ones. I am looking to bulk up to 210 ish and feel great.
Any insight on a good cycle and cycle length for my age? I see a lot of talk about test with hcg or hgh but do not know what to do.
All feedback is appreciated.

You can run hcg during your cycle and PCT to add in not shutting you down if you like. But the HGH will not do much in that short period so unless you can commit to a long time, don't bother. Hit one other compound with the test for 16 weeks. You could run a kick start of Dbol if you felt okay with that for 4 weeks.

As for wanting to gain weight, eat more and train your ass off. Then let the chips fall where they may.

So test, sust, deca or npp stack is recommended? Dosage recommendations?

No HCG not for getting big but I see a lot of posts on it. What about HGH or am I too young (37)?

Marshal is my man!!! And yes food is a huge part, but would like the extra advantage.

Weeks 1-4: Dbol 30-40mgs/day
Weeks 2-16: HCG 250iu/twice weekly
Weeks ?-16 deca or npp. Dosage?
6-8 Weeks Off with pct and bloodwork

Please comment.

you look like jake ellenberger...Npp is quicker acting , deca takes forever to kick and a while to exit..Pinning is a little different with both esters as well..depending on the npp dose u may need to pin mwf

There's a few different ways to make an omelette.... Some guys like to do higher test (500-750mg), low or moderate deca/npp (400-500), some guys like to do low test (200-300mg) and high deca (500+). The thought process behind the later, is to keep sides low.

I will say this though, deca, npp, and tren are all 19-nor compounds, and 19-nors are harder to recover from than just test alone. Some guys have no problems, some guys require TRT for the rest of their lives. Just putting that out there. It's a risk vs rewards thing. And a choice you shouldn't take lightly.

First Jake, ye need to sign that agreement I sent ye to make me yer striking coach, then we need to get yer jab sorted out...

Nah, I'll say running HCG is a good thing if yer not planning to blast & cruise or be on TRT for the rest of yer life.

On HGH, if ye got the $$ and a reliable source (most HGH is bollocks) then go fer it - it will only help ye overall - but dont expect to see a massive change in the mirror overnight from it. 2-3 IU pharma quality can help ye with recovery and anti-aging; ye'll need more for hypertrophy.

And a last mention as stated previously - eat more. Post up yer TDEE and yer planned macros for this next run.

I used napsgear previously. Is that a good source. Other recommendations?

Plus 1000 extra cals a day, 3iu ED of GH if you wallet will allow for 16 months of straight use. Otherwise save it for down the road.

The hcg is up to you, its just going to make pct easier. If you dont like it you could just do 250iu once a week.
