Rear bundy. Rears. I still dont know where to locate my vg. No matter how many diagrams I see. I need someone to phsyically point it out to me.

you gotta stand side ways to the mirror flex your butt cheek and look for the muscle to pop out alittle as u flex..Thats the vg

Draw a line from hip bone to hip socket. Find halfway point. Move 1-2” towards butt. Pin.

Quads are tough never caught a coughing fit with them though......glutes pinning tren 2 or 3 times almost passed out from the coughing, good time.

I hit a quad nerve a long time ago and still get numbness and an occasional burning sensation in my thigh. Quads are good for high oil volume, at a risk, but for 1cc there are (subjectively, I suppose) better pin sites.
