Hi, This will be my first time posting on a forum.

A little about me:

Longtime bodybuilder over 30 years.

Hobbies: none other than building my body.

I've done many cycles but you never stop learning, that's why I joined on my first forum.

Hi, to the both of you Grego, Straight30weight.

To Straight30weight, I plan on competing in my first NPC light heavyweight division this year.

I change up my training 4 times a week and feel what works best for my muscles.

example Training: heavyweights, concentrations & contractions with positive and negative on each rep to muscle failure for 1 week.

Following week lightweight high reps with concentration & contracting the muscle to failure.

3rd-week, superset heavy to lightweight.

4th-week, combo: light to heavy, then heavy to lightweight, I like to feel my muscle pumped up every rep.

I don't count the reps, the pain will tell me to add reps until failure.

low-Intensity cardio twice a day, 5 x a week.
