Hey guys, new member intro. Been out of training for about 5 years(kids are finally at the age of me being able to sneak away for an hour or so a day) and really excited about getting back at it!! 38yo, 5’9”, 195lbs

Wanting to get back to my profile pic size of around 185 and 7-8%bf and just an overall healthier life style!!
