I like to keep my body guessing. I give my 4 year old a 3cc barrel and just let her fill it to the point she likes then inject it.

Its always a different amount every week.

I assume you know my point wasn't "forget keeping the same dosage; it doesn't matter". If not, I meant pick your dosage per week. Get it in with 1 shot or 3; it doesn't matter.

You do 500mg per week? Okay, pin it 1x a week, or split it up and do 3 shots/week to get to 500mg; doesn't matter.

Your endogenous test RISES after waking, lowers with a meal, etc but you get the same amount every week.

I hope no one thought I said "do random weekly dosages; doesn't matter!" Thought my words were easy to get lol

Im crushing as well but it seems using a short ester on top of TRT might be a good way to get back to baseline faster if you have a lot of bloodwork to time.

I’m still learning to manage BP levels so a short ester seems helpful. I’ve had to come off for a few weeks to get my BP low enough to donate blood. Using a diuretic has also helped. Having to wait for things to clear over a few weeks or build up again doesn’t seem the most efficient.

Don't forget the other ways BP gets high that no one ever really says:
  • not hitting pptassium RDI
  • water intake
  • not controlling vitamin K intake
  • not use vasodilators like PDE-5 inhibitors (cialis, viagra)
  • not hitting RDI of Vitamin C (C affects clotting)
  • cardio 4-5 times a week

I never donated blood before since it always looks like a temporary fix with forum users, but do the above.

It’s a love/hate for sure. They work great but a pain in the butt (get it). I’m on Tren Ace now and pinning daily....

Thats a great list. You should start a thread topic on it. Can’t remember if POb’s thread topic also stated them.

I’m also getting interested in Metabolic Syndrome and the side effects of having an elevated insulin baseline. Seems higher insulin levels and higher IGF1 levels that go along with the syndrome also effect water retention/blood pressure. Could be a big deal for those of us who get into AAS after large weight loss.

Do you mean the real metabolic syndrome-a group of risk factors for heart disease and other issues like diabetes-or that quackery given many names such as "metabolic syndrome" (one example being a person's metabolism goes to the crapper and affects lipolysis)?

If #1, you are going to have an easy time; there's numerous studies on the risk factors affecting blood pressure and anasarca.

If #2, well..do more research and be glad you didn't waste time lol

Lastly, what specifics do you want in a newly created thread.

#1

Your blood pressure points. That’s a great list. I don’t believe I’ve seen it all in one place. Especially the vitamin K, that one is new to me.

I'll make it now in General section.

To respond direct to the question I prefer long est due to less pinning and less coverage oil volume ... but I do switch it up and will admit to preferring mast p over its longer ester brothers ... for cruising and trt there is an practicality to longer esters ...
