    Can't argue with good food I try to always feel as full and eat as much as I can tho not getting as much gains as I think I should. Supliments are my next step tho not sure which ones

    When I was youger and first started training I used optimum pro gainer and serious mass. Then I learned to eat and make sure I get all my calories from food, it’s the best route. But if you just can’t for what ever reason, try out the two I listed.

    I use a mass gainer and it's been working decent , mass tech extreme 2000 vanilla flavor is pretty good I mix it with skim milk.

    If I ate a cup of peanut butter I wouldnt shit right for a month.

    Gainers are usually just expensive low quality protein powders with sugar. Get a bucket of whey, mix it with whole milk. Maybe throw in oats for extra carbs.
