Can't argue with good food I try to always feel as full and eat as much as I can tho not getting as much gains as I think I should. Supliments are my next step tho not sure which ones
When I was youger and first started training I used optimum pro gainer and serious mass. Then I learned to eat and make sure I get all my calories from food, it’s the best route. But if you just can’t for what ever reason, try out the two I listed.

Gainers are usually just expensive low quality protein powders with sugar. Get a bucket of whey, mix it with whole milk. Maybe throw in oats for extra carbs.
As Hurt implied, good quality food will always outweigh any supplements.
Any proprietary blends for supposed "bulking/cutting" are unnecessary and a waste of money. If you are interested in powdered forms, do a little googling for well-researched carbohydrate/fat supplements. Some can be beneficial/effective.
Also look into Viagra/Cialis. Apparently they're comparable to a dose of 200mg test.
Trumass by bsn , tastes good and mixes well. Still need to eat a ton tho . I drink a shake after every meal for extra cals or if my schedule gets too busy to eat 6 times s day ! Not everyone has time to shovel food all day. Food is food but shakes are for convenience with a busy day !!
dude you having problems chugging down calories to put on weight? go buy yourself a mass gainer. when I was bulking it helped me. plain and simple. fuking bunch of steriod pop tart eating addicts talking about eating wholesome. lmao!
