Hey guys 25 years old and getting back into the gym. Joined the forum looking for tips and more knowledge about working out. First time being in a forum so just getting my feet wet by introducing myself. 6'2" 210
I'm looking to put a little bit of muscle mass on and to try and maintain a decent diet. Been a couple years since I was serious in the gym just trying to get back there. Figured by joining I could read what experienced guys are doing and learn some shit.
Yeah I did a little skimming through before I joined and there a lot of interest shit on here. Excited to explore more and here from every one on here.
Welcome, ive found alot of information here on this forum, some of the best stuff I've found is in the stickys and old Post from as far back as 2012 that still seem relevant.
