31 22% body fat and going to try a cycle help please

Hello all

I have done a anavar and Clen Cycle and did did drop me down 2% fat I was impressed

now want ant to try the next step in getting a more ripped look what I’m thinking of trying is

and what I want to know if would this be a good cycle for cutting fat and looking more lean diet down to a t work out ok please any help would be very great ful

Drop the winstrol unless you are competing or doing a photo shoot and I personally dont think there is a need for clen.

Test only and a good diet/workout will get you results. You could always end with 6 weeks of anavar at the end of your cycle of you wanted.

A lot of places I have read about test only and they have seen results so you would drop the other 2 if I can get to 16/17% body fat would be happy

Test only 500-600mg per week 14-16 week,

The great majority of fat loss is going to come down to nutrition ... everything else is supplementing that process ... what does does your diet currently look like ... and how much cardio are you doing weekly ...?

20% fat 30% carbs 50% protien mores carbs on a training day all clean home cooked food nothing processed and I don’t really do a lot of cardio hit work outs I do 2 times a week

Tell me if Im wrong here but you dropped 2% off what you were? Even at 250lbs that's 5 lbs assuming it was all fat. You can do that on your own with diet and damn near no cardio.

Sorry if I assumed something incorrectly.

20 30 and 50 percent of what? How many cals?

You took drugs and accomplished basically nothing on round 1. You don't need drugs. Spend your money on a diet coach.

I was in your shoes, let’s just say I learned the hard way. Work on your diet and cardio. Things will fall in to place in time.

Tren E, T3,T4, 1g test prop EOD (calf or trap pinning only), no AI, you should drop 3% in about 6 months. No honestly man, You may want to get your natural test levels checked, do some blood work see where you are.

I did pretty much what you are doing, only difference is I did blood work and found my natural test was low, I’m on the backend of my first cycle now and I don’t even recognize my body in the mirror, paid a good coach who does my diet, training and advice on compounds, and it’s the best money I’ve ever spent. I’ll be on trt now, but that was inevitable even if I never cycled.
