My buddy had book full of bullshit that claimed apple cider vinegar did all this amazing shit. The only thing I know it does actually do is help with heartburn.

Apple cider vinegar, tumeric, and 3 whole lemons...mix it up, chug it, and your test levels will look like you're on a gram on cyp. I have the blood work to prove it.

Helped me quit cigarettes though,
Took a swig when I started to get cravings
But that was more of a just by chance thing.

For me it was the weird acidic taste that curved the cravings for me,
It's been more than year now since I stopped...

**** is wrong with you people. It's vinegar. It doesn't have magic healing properties.

Yea, I want EVERYONE who uses it to tell me the answer to:

"What is ACV's pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, and results of its intake?"

So far for years, 0 answers that actually are logical.

The purpose is to reduce inflammation. That's why it's good for joint pain. Of course, unnoticed inflammation in the body is problemmatic in a lot of ways. I take 2 tablespoons of the gold standard Bragg organic every day no problem. It's along the theme of "An apple a day..." but far more concentrated.
