    cut some fat

    I am 5 weeks into this cycle and up 20lbs. I feel like my body is getting used to this routine. I was thinking about dropping some calories and doing just cardio for about two weeks
    Change it up a bit and drop some bf%. Doing this has worked good in the past but I would like some input. Thanks

    What are your calories at right now? Nothing wrong with upping cardio to get that recomp effect!! I would highly recommend you stay on your lifting routine though just so you can keep gaining that quality muscle. My best recomp was at 3200 calories a day, cardio 6 days a week, and lifting 5 days a week.

    id suggest a walk in the AM or afternoon for about 30 min. i would do cardio seperate from weight training to stay anabolic. once you go over that 90 min mark, you start going catabolic, but again that wont be a problem with test. just cortisol........

    when i cut down i like to gradually add in cardio and pick up the pace in the weights. if the diet is no junk you should see really good results. i used to see awesome results on test 500wk and doing 1 hour cardio a day.

    I have hit 4000 a couple times but for the most part around 3500 clean and 25o-300 gm protein 5'7'' 187 34 yrs old bf% about 11-12

    HIIT woks a lot better that steady cardio. Id add it to your routine. Do it early in the morning with an empty stomach.

    I would try to get a few walks in and a bit of HIT on an elliptical...
