I am 5 weeks into this cycle and up 20lbs. I feel like my body is getting used to this routine. I was thinking about dropping some calories and doing just cardio for about two weeks
Change it up a bit and drop some bf%. Doing this has worked good in the past but I would like some input. Thanks
