recovery technique to maximize mass


I want to try training the following muscle groups like triceps - biceps - shoulders recovery 45 seconds
on the chest - 1 minute backbone
legs 90 seconds
I want to implement this technique for maximum mass expression

Try it out.

But there's a give and take. Short rest means you have to sacrifice weight and/or reps.

I could only imagine a guy wearing a high visibility track suit doing this type of thing. The same type of guy that'll walk backwards on a treadmill and say "I'm working my hamstrings."

If you can find a better way to work hamstrings, Id love to hear about it!
