People cruise in order to almost fully maintain gains from cycles they run, depending on the mass the person has to hold on to the crusing dose varies accordingly. The more mass you have the higher the dose on the cruise to hold on to it

It is not healthy because you in essence do not come off cycle but it is still better than a continuous higher dose cycle that some guys run

try to cruise with the minimum amount possible

I look at it like it is between TRT and a cycle dose. I plan on doing a blast n' cruise for a while. Test undecanoate will be my poison.

It's more common among powerlifters than bodybuilders

I dunno...pretty much every competing BBer I know blasts and cruises! Or some crazy assholes pretty much blast all year!

Well maybe it's a 50/50 then. All the bb's I know cycle.

I am thinking after aug 11 I am gonna cruise on test undecanoate...
