I've been on a recomp kick for the past month, so, I'm probably the wrong person to ask. It basically involves eating at close to maintenance calories and working my ass off in the gym. Thus far, it has been working.
Prior to that I dropped from 265 to 245, then started the recomp diet and supplement regiment.
It's all timing for me brother. Winter is the time to let the diet go a little and come May, peel it off. I may be able to push up to 20% BF but not 30%.
