140lbs & can't gain weight? You need more food not test unless you have low T.

Welcome.

Sorry if this comes off as me being a dick, I am trying to be helpful honestly...

Do you know how steroids work? They are only helpful if you give your body the calories it needs to grow. Period. That's why you got nothing from it. You need to learn how to eat. And before you say you eat a ton or whatever you are going to say, it's just not true.... It "feels" true to you because feeling is relative. Do you know how much protein you need each day? How many carbs? Fats? Do you know your TDEE? Do you meal prep? Do you keep track of everything you eat each day with something like myfitnesspal? Until you learn this stuff and then get serious about doing it (no matter what), you will not grow. Not with any amount of AAS... Sorry, this is 100% the truth.

Please stick around. Read up on proper dieting in our diet section. Post up questions. We are here to help.

Btw, I'm not some genetically huge dude, I am tall (6ft) and lanky and weighed 148 lbs in my mid twenties. I am now around 210 and slowly progressing. But it's only because I learned how to eat to grow.

There isn't going to a be a silver bullet for you. It's not gonna be a gallon of milk diet. It won't be a rice and beer diet.

It's going to be an eat everything in sight for a very long time diet. None of this chicken breast and brown rice nonsense.

Let's also talk about your training and life in general. What do you do for work? Is it active? Or desk job? How many days per week do you train and what does that look like?

^^^^^^thats the answer. Eat pizza, McDonald’s, all that shit. And a lot of it. No need for gear, just tons of food

Pizza, McDonalds, weight gain shakes, D-Bol, beer, train heavy, you'll grow... Dont be afraid of calories at your age, even if fast food.
You can be healthy later in life : )

Eat until you feel sick. Then eat more.

Do this 4-5 times daily. For a couple years. While you lift heavy.

Welcome.

Log your calories for a few days to see what your daily average is and post up. It will be an eye opener for you and will give you a basis to start changing your diet.

As the others say, it's not about types of food; it's about quantity of food.

Wow... This is the antithesis of my bodybuilding struggle. Very insightful to read and ponder. Thanks.
