    Steroid alternatives

    guys, is taking steroids safe? what about some legal steroid alternative?
    i'm quite skinny. want to have more mass to look attractive

    Sounds like a troll but in case you’re serious..

    Just lift intensely and eat a decent amount of protein. That’ll do more then anything else.

    Meat and carbs are really good. Best for putting mass on I have found so far.
