My idea of restricted blood flow is how fast I can get my fuukin wraps off after a set of squats. lol

Just me but that 10 day off that often would never give me time to get back up to the heavy weights I was using before.

Why/how are most people not using mind-muscle connection and don't make their own routines/decisions??

I've never once in my life used a routine/choice given by someone else.

Like this-10 day breaks?? Success requires repetition and doing something as often as possible. Did people forget this?
