thanks for the welcome comity ahh well the crossfit screen name was created because typically I don't give a 2 fks about the name but thanks for the encouragement. First thing that popped up in my head since I have recently started attending it after 12 years of weightlifting to change up my workout and push my body to its limits, while stilled weightlifting as well. My workout history has been since I was 13 years of age till now in my mid 20's. Injuries have been a lower back surgery removing herniated tissue on two lower disks. My diet is about 3,500-4,000 day high carbs, high protein, low fat. My experience with AAS has been moderate. More so back in high school and once in the last years. Being here in NC sucks for any experienced locals who can help out. I am 6'5 at 225 lbs, my goal is to reach about 250 lbs at around 15% body fat
