Inner upper chest

I have noticed my pecs, particularly the inner upper portion is fully flexed during bridges. I am also noticing rather suprising development in that area since adding bridges in.

I need this...what kind of bridges???

I lay on my back and raise my body so only the back of my head and heels are touching the ground. I then hold it for a count and lower back down. My arms are bent at the elbows and hands are on my chest.

I also do weighted neck curls to the front, and side. I just put the weight on my head and move.

I notice it on the bridges. I have no idea why it is happening, but it is.

Right now I do 7x5x5
I do 7 sets holding it for 5 seconds and doing that five times is one set. Hope it helps.
