Hello everyone. I'm 32 currently reside in the midwest. Didn't do a lot of sports in school but started lifting pretty seriously at about 17. Been, for the most part steady at it over the last 14 years. Especially the last 4 or so. A lot of my time is spent studying nutrition (even though my diet is semi-crap). I'm quite knowledgeable in individual amino benefits and timing. I've also done my fair share of study on hormones as well. Although I am far from an expert. I hope to learn more from UG community members as well as bring some of my own knowledge and viewpoints to the table.. I'm currently 5'9 193lbs 15% bodyfat. My goals would to be to still gain a bit more size. around 10 to 15 pounds.
