    8 week mini-cut

    3 weeks into an 8-week cut. So far I'm down about 8lbs.

    Currently in a slight caloric deficit and I've added 10 min HIIT post-training 3 days a week.

    I set my macros by starting with 250g protein, then dividing the remaining calories evenly between carbs and fats...tapering carbs throughout the day and shifting to more fat-heavy meals as the day progresses.

    I'll update weekly - these pics are start vs current.

    Add a hour of morning cardio at medium pace 5x a week . It will get u to your goal faster
