    Not really wanting to get scary massively huge muscle just want to put on good size.

    Ye won't get huge unless yer eating and training fer it. Deca 200, 300, 500 - it's all just about how much oil ye'll be pinning.

    Like suggested, start with 300-400 mg per week. If ye have Deca 200, pin 1cc 2x per week.

    I'm pretty sure that the only difference between Deca 200 and 300 is the concentration. The 300 is 300mg/ml and the 200 is 200mg/ml. Same Deca, just different amounts per volume.

    I love Deca.......Have done it for years with no problems,,,even at 800 a week no sides...For me,,300-600 works great,depending on cycle ....I even use it in my cruise...

    Don't worry. The first part won't happen. You can put on good size though.

    First time I ran deca was at 400mg and I gained some noticeable size off of it. The joint relief is amazing

    Also the least side effects of any steroid I’ve tried*


    *this is not including HPTA shutdown which I already had due to being hypogonadal. I cannot speak to that.

    I know I wonít get massive but eating a lot training I should still see some gains correct? I know itís slow acting.

    Its good stuff. I run it at only 100mg/wk for joint help, have noticed when doing my trt with the lose dose deca i get the dreaded noodle peter/deca dick. Currently blasting test and still only doing 100mg deca. Joints feel great compared to when i dont take it. Then even at this lose dose and only trt, there is a strength increase, not huge bump, but enough to make you smile. Im finding i just need to run a bigger spread between test and deca to ward off the dick issues.
