I ran 400 test/400 deca for 8 weeks then 200 test and 300 deca for 4 weeks. Now that I am dropping back to my TRT dose, I'm considering keeping my deca at 90 mg per week, but dropping one of my test shots down to compensate for it. I really don't want to pull a >1,500 total testosterone again and I like the way my joints feel on deca.
For those who run low dose deca with their TRT, have you experienced any hematocrit or red blood cell count issues? I was going to start my own thread, but since a couple of you posted in here about running low dose, I figured it was as good a place as any to post.
