Is anyone here using or have used salt tablets? If so are they beneficial in dropping weight or adding lean muscle or how about preventing cramps and spasms?
Ugh at the risk of sounding ghey, I love pickle juice....drink a couple ounces of pickle juice.. helps sodium and hydration. they make a little vial shot of it in the supplement section. it rids my charley horse problems!
Paterno used to have the nittany lions drink pickle juice before games. Seemed to work.
Like you guys said a few days ago on my log, I've been keeping the food simple and dumb. It's gotten a lot easier since day 1 of logging the food and stuff. I'm down to 227 lbs since last friday in which I weighed 336.
