I've become so tired of endlessy reading pages, and pages of horse shit. I've been on and off lifting since I was 14, I'm closesly approaching 26. I'm 5'6 156lbs. Back to the horse shit, reddit gives me a headache other forums cram advertisments and other brainwashing marketing tactics up my..well down my throat. Just wanted to have the option to ask input, what others have done, compare ect. Thanks. My name's Tyler.

I workout around 4 days a week for roughly an 1:15-2hrs. I find it extremely hard to put weight on. My appetite is usually lacking so I have to force myself to eat. My diets not great but I do have one, more sugar then I should have (soda, chocolate) I eat healthy though not a ton of junk. I've never taken measurements on arms, chest anything like that I don't know my body fat index. I've taken recent pictures for something to reference to later in time. My bench is pretty weak I don't do a lot of power lifting since I lift by myself and never have a spotter. I also don't want to risk injury I can't afford missing work. My ideal weights 185-190.
