I advise you to do what I suggested. Loose skin can be really frustrating, I'm sorry. I however, promise that adding a good amount of muscle will definitely help with that. So that's one of the reasons why I gave you the advice I did.
We have a diet section here on the forum that you could spend hours and hours in reading and learning. Start with the basics and go from there. Figure out your TDEE and what your macros should be using the 1.1-1.2 grams of protein per pound of body weight that I mentioned in my last post. Keep your fats around 75-100 grams, and then fill the rest with carbs. Do that and start lifting. It will make a big difference for you.
