Hello!

Getting back lifting after being away for about 10 years, I lifted for about 15 years straight and just got bored and took up road cycling and wanted to join an online forum because it helps keep the info in front of me. Hope to learn some new things and see if much has changed in the intervening years so glad to be here!

Welcome aboard. Nothing has changed over the years; a 45 lb plate still weighs 45 lbs. Good for you getting back into it. My guess if you are cycling, you probably are in good shape and just looking for some muscle mass; we can help with that.

Welcome sooth. Lots of good guys in here. I had a bit of a gravel riding phase. I quit to try and add some muscle mass.
