Sure!

I'm one of those blowhards who likes to talk at length about how powerlifting saved my life. I found the gym after struggling for years with substance abuse and have found it to be an indispensable tool for staying focused, grounded and clean. In any case, I've been training for 10-ish years and have been clean for about the same.

As far as the forums go, I was somewhat active at a few spots 5 or so years ago but took time off to focus on my family and mental health.
