Good lifting fellas. Been a while since I’ve been on a forum. About 5 years. Lots has changed since then I see. I’m hoping to stay somewhat active on here. A little about myself:
been lifting since I was 15. Legs used to be my favorite body part as it was my strongest but a torn LCL (didn’t even know we had one) made post leg day a bitch. “As you get older u feel older” is what they used to say, and man were they right. Just built my home gym with a power cage, DBs galore, and a nice community to run around for cardio. I am looking to get back into the bodybuilding lifestyle. I was doing CrossFit for a while but eventually got bored of it. I love lifting raw.
