Interesting study. Wondering if any of the Bros have experience with clonidine.

Well its a BP drug and if the LVH can be caused by high PB, I could see how it would make things better. I'm guessing here but if the heart reacts to stress like other muscles (2 different types of muscles) and there's less stress, things would return to near normal. Anyone that exercises will have some LVH but add in the gear and BB/PL should expect have a big issue. It would help if guys kept an eye on their BP. A few weeks is one thing but redlining it for 16 weeks 2x/year is not a good thing. Just my opinion.

What interests me is trying do distinguish between LVH caused by high bp/hematocrit and LVH caused by androgen and/or exercise-related anabolism in cardiac muscle.

Seems to me as though the vast majority of LVH is caused by the former. As such, drugs like clonidine or even Cialis should offer effective prophylaxis against LVH.

A guy that works for me took clonidine and could hardly stay awake. When talking to him, you could tell his mouth was dry as a cotton ball. Felt sorry for him. He had to get off that stuff. Of course, this stuff effects everyone different but that's all that I have seen with Clonidine.
